Space Opera: Saga (spoilers sorry :c )

Holy shit. Talk about a love story for the ages. First off I'll get this out of the way, the illustrations are gorgeous, Fiona Staples is truly a talented illustrator I highly recommend checking out her work. Second, the writing and plot are so good and using them in comic form does this world incredible justice.
I read Saga, the first volume (issues 1-6) and they are GOOD. The comics mix the world of sci-fi and fantasy almost perfectly to the point where they seem like they're connected. the two opposing worlds Landfall and Wreath are so contrasting, they compliment each other. 
Marko is probably my favorite of the two because he is such a dude-bro and who doesn't love a magic-wielding man with horns! Alana and Marko's love story is so out of place and weird I kinda love it? Imagine, falling in love with a person who hated your entire race and planet, AND meeting in prison AND falling for the guard that's in charge of you. (not really ideal in this reality but for theirs, it fits) The cliche of running away with a forbidden love is something I'll always love. On top of all of that, they have a BABY! Hazel is so sweet and precious and I can't wait to see how she grows up!

This comic is great 10/10, please read it or even just look at the pretty pictures!

Overall Vibe Honestly, Victor is a bad dad. Not in the fun sexy way of a guy whose mean to everyone but his child, no he IS mean to his child and pretty great to everyone else. Reading through letters and different submissions tells honest and truthful feelings towards the situations. Victor was a geek and wanted to create something through science and defying the laws of nature (making a dead guy alive again) which in itself sounds really cool, BUT Victor did it for selfish reasons. Once the Creature was alive and wasn't what victor expected he was upset and the creature leaves to find someone who WILL take care of him.  Not excusing the actions of the creature (ie. killing and hurting people victor loves and making threats to them) but I kind of understand why the creature would be upset with Victor. Asking Victor for someone who is like him doesn't seem that unreasonable, the creature feels alone and isolated because he is in a world where he is the only one of his kind

I Live With You

I live with you is (supposedly) a woman who lives in the crawl spaces of strangers (cafe's, department stores, etc.) and watches and 'changes' their lives. This woman follows You home (also could be a woman) and see that they are alike in most aspects of their lives.  I think this is very unrealistic and just unnerving and unsettling for the most part, like this person or being, just attaches to someone just like them to somewhat live through them. They never steal from the person or business they live in, just 'borrowing' or using until no longer able. Anyways this woman involves another person into this life, some random old man she saw at the grocery store and tries to get You to fall in love with him to add spice to You's life. Long story short it blows and You notices this woman and the woman decides to leave You's house that very night. This story was almost surrealist to me like this woman never felt like a person, this woman always felt like an emo
